Very pretty art deco teacup and saucer by S Radford China, Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent: features stylized yellow and orange foxglove blooms and black and green stems, on a pale cream background. The squared handle adds to the art deco style, most popular during the 1920s - 30s. This hand-painted set doesn't show the refinement of other china houses but is attractive nonetheless. Note wear to the gold accents; small circular stain at bottom of cup interior and below one stem; very minor crazing on close inspection. Made in England.
