As with all vintage books, wear including scuffing, fading, dog ears, crushed/soft cover corners, minor tears etc., are to be expected. Our books are sold in “as is” condition. Some are “like new” while others bear signs of being much loved over many decades. Although we do our best to keep photos and descriptions up-to-date, sometimes copies sell faster than we can amend the listing so, again, be aware that you might not receive the copy represented in the listing. When we have multiple copies in inventory, we will always ship the book that is in the BEST condition e.g. you may be expecting a book with an inscription and small tear but receive one that is “like new”.
