Frequently Asked Questions

Will I have to pay extra fees when my package arrives?

Due to NEW Customs rules (effective August 29, 2025), import duties/tariffs will be charged to most packages entering the U.S. based on the current tariff rate of the country of origin i.e. where the product was made. American buyers are solely responsible for remitting these fees which may include "brokerage" fees in addition to the applicable tariff rate. Please be aware and order with the understanding that we can not accept returns at this time, nor will refunds be issued for packages refused due to unpaid duties.

How much will be extra duty fees be?

Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate these fees but CAN share that one of two rates, as determined by the carrier, will apply. An ad valorem duty, equal to the tariff rate of the product's country of origin (where it was made) under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) OR (from August 29, 2025 to February 28, 2026) a specific per item duty from $80 to $200 based on the IEEPA tariff rate of the country of origin .

How can I determine the Country of Origin?

We have added Country of Origin to each of our listings to assist you. Check online tariff tools or search "international tariff rates by country", or contact U.S. Customs and Border Control. We can not ship items with indeterminate country of origin, nor those made in China and Hong Kong, to the U.S. at this time.
